Freshness dating

I think we should put freshness dates on threads, so that if there isn't any activity in them for more than a week, they can only be added to if an admin reopens the thread. There has been a rash of threads way past their prime being reopened by someone who shall remain nameless ::cough:: OMEGA ::cough
And oh yeah, I have 999 posts with this one.

Whyb, i do that too. I log on and then respond to a bunch. Then noone responds for a bit, and everyone sees a bunch of threads with me having been the last one to respond.

What makes me and Omega different, i only respond to current posts, and i always have something important to say that you should all listen too.

Maybe not, but, at least more than Three-four words.

It sounds like a decent ideal, though sometimes old threads are revived and it's for the best, and having to go to an admin to do as much could get mighty annoying mighty fast.

Hey!!

Thats unfair!!

I only opened 2 or 3 old threads yesterday, and that's cause I wanted to see the very first thread made on The Ville.

I didn't expect anyone to even read them!!

And about those 15 threads that I last posted on yesterday, well....erm....I had 2 free hours on my hands, and I couldn't get TFC to work....
