1. It's called a multigun
2. To promote teamwork(?)
3. Cuz it's fun when you can have your mg upgraded to many different things. If you don't like it you can talk to the guys who made neo-tf |

yeah it helps your team to work together to acomplish sumitn...if they really want no spies runnin around...they will upgrade the mg's....so it is just a good thing to have
