Sprays.

Anyone wanna let me know to make custom sprays? Or direct me towards a thread that say how to already?

Use small words for me, i'm technically impared.

i created a PLDECAL.WAD and moved it into the tfc folder by "halflife logo creater" but i don't know what to do next can u explain it to me what to do nest plz.

Does it not take a while in game like 30 +/- min. for the server to upload your spray? I just moved some pictures or whatever into "my pictures" folder and then went into h/l logo program ,follow instructions within that program, see other posts, and created the wad. Sometimes the spray turns out backwards, why I dont know. You can also use the same spray for your signature on the forums.

30 mins? I could see maybe like 30 seconds if you have a lot of detail, but a couple days ago when we were screwing around on mulch, I put on a ladder spray a haven't used before, and as soon as I hit T is showed up.

Nope. Make the .wad file, and replace the old one.

Some servers you can hop right in and spray your custom spray. I know you can do that on the grudge server. On others it usually takes a level change before you can see your custom spray.

When you save your Pldecal.wad, you must put it in it's own folder. Create a folder in "my documents" titled "My HL Logos" then in that folder, create a folder with the title of your spray (whatever you want to call it). Save the Pldecal.wad into that folder. Everytime you make a new Pldecal.wad, you must put it in it's own folder. Just make new folders in your "My HL Logos" folder. Now copy the Pldecal.wad you saved and paste it to your TFC folder. That's the Sierra/Half-Life/TFC folder. Just right click on the folder and click paste. It will ask you if you want to replace the current Pldecal.wad, say yes.

Now just go into your "controls" menu in the TFC game and set the button for your spray. If you go into "customize" it will delete the Pldecal.wad and you have to repaste it to the TFC folder.

Jolly, when you create a logo, you muct convert it to a PLdecal.wad before TFC will recognize it. You can do this with the Half-Life logo creator. You can find it in ROOF's post that SHAFT showed you.
