I was reading USA Today, today at lunch and found an interesting article about a little know computer geek. (Little known to me!) OK, here's the question, without using the "USA Today" newspaper or the web, you're on your honor now, has anyone ever heard of "J.C.R. Licklider"? If yes, what was his profession and why was he so important to the computer industry? Now remember, no cheating. I will follow-up in a few days. I hope you will be amazed as much as I was. |

Ok Cadman, I'll bite, I dont have the slightest idea who J.C.R. Licklider is, but I bet he is someone you went to school with or was a boyhood friend or something. And now your just bitter because he is most likely a billionare and your not.

I acutally just finished up an 8 page research paper on the History of the Internet, and I'm surprised his name didnt come up in one of my sources. (now that I have looked up his name.)
