why i am i banned from ville 3 if i am not band for some reason it does noit let me in?

ok i downloaded the acropolis 2 map and it would log me in and everything and in console when it said changing game to tfc it wqould stall for a little and then completely exit out tfc and leave me with the ville web page

try putting this line in your additional argument setting.

-noipx -game tfc

Lemme know if it still doesn't work.
