Help I have no Keyboard commands

Hey can anyone tell me what I might have done. I tried to play DOD as usual last night and when I entered a room I had no keyboard commands. How can I fix this little problem. As usual I probably hit something that disabled the dang thing.

is your keyboard completly disabled? or is just in DOD? or is it just certain binds you have? if its binds, you may have accidently set the keyboard controls back to default.

I could get into the game last night, but when i spawned I could not move at all. Or shoot or anything

Wow man, I'm not sure what it is then. That sounds awfully weird. Is there some command or something that shuts off the keyboard in game? Like Joystick/mouse override or something? wow, I've no idea man. This sounds like a 'Stevo to the rescue' type thing.

Sounds like your binds are messed up. Try to open options(keyboard) before you start playing and then rebind all your keys or reset to default. Let me know if this helps if not I might be to help.

check your binds in your config.cfg file. If its not read only, make it read only.

If you get some abusive admin, he can totally wipe out all your binds etc etc with a simple line via console. Always a good idea to keep that file Readonly.

Otherwise, I have no idea what your problem might be. driver/virus issues?

If you joined a server other then the ville, chances are some jackass admin on one of those servers rebound all of your keys. The eaisiest way to go to options and click default setup and then change any custom binds you had. if the escape key doesnt work you might have to change your config.cfg
