has anyone seen or heard from him lately...
hes in charge of my complaint department ticket (i won't give details)
and he hasn't responded to any of my responses for nearly a week now.
just wondering if anyone else can pick up the ticket, or if there is any update on my situation, or am i still put to wait?

its against our policy to answer anyone elses ticket but i assure you he is working on it.

i hope a decision comes soon, its been a week and a half since ive played on your server, its leaving open alot of time open for other games like bf2 and FEAR :\ |
