proDoD mod

if you've played competitive cs within the last several years you might have heard of the proCS mod that's been in production. well the proDoD mod just came out last week and i was just curious if any of you have heard about it. if you haven't, then let me just fill you in real quick:

if you click on the link you'll get a better idea, but in short it's a combination of DoD:source and DoD v1.3. taking the source engine with all the pretty graphics and stuff but with the effectiveness of the guns in v1.3. pretty much if you've played source you know that they screwed with the recoil of guns and several other things. i don't know how well the mod will do with the general public but i personally think it's a great idea and hope to see it being used very soon.

This mod came out originally sometime last fall. I played it originally and liked the feel a little better than source. They decided to pull the plug on the mod for awhile, because 1.3 had gotten at summer CPL. I know they were testing it and tweaking it during this time. I wish I had a better internet connection so I could see how they changed it. Whether you like the people who support this mod, I suggest people give it a try at least, then you can bash it all you want.
