Thanks Guys. It is good to know I am not seeing things that are not there. I have never seen it before and have played on the Ville servers for some time. It must be an option that has been set recently and while I don't agree with it, if that is what the admins want then I will have to live with it or go elsewhere.

Hmmm, I wonder it it applied to the Axis snipers as well.

I heard Frosty saying that they're using some kind of anti-camp plug in (On TV5). I've never seen it, but It warns you when you have been in one stop too long. I really don't understand how it works but it's definitly there

I just went to TV5 in Charlie as a sniper on Allied team and the warning came again and when I ignored it long enough I was killed.

As I said, either remove the warning or disable the classes that are not assult types such as sniper and machine gunner because they can only function as intended while sationary. Of course Charlie without snipers is something like taking a shower with a raincoat on.

Have a great one guys. See you in my crosshairs.

Why would they put a plugin like that on the server? I thought camping was a legitimate strategy in DoD.

Yep a ghey plug in. That is the kind of plug in that will make people leave/steer clear of a server rather than bring more in.

Hmmmm, I have seldom been AFK longer than it takes to run to the bathroom and back (a problem with aging you young guys don't have yet) so I have never seen the warning for that particular thing. For that matter, this is the first time I have seen it at all. I will try sniping again and see what happens. If it was a legitimate warning it has only recently been turned on.

hey hey hey... us young guys somewhat know about it... i drink beer a lot when i play (must be why my skill gradually goes down while i play)... and once you break the seal... you're up every 10 min to pee

Ya It's there on the Ville V only, if u sit in one position for more than the certain alloted time it will ask u to move no matter where u are on the map! Then it will start to slay u if u do not move.. It just started it seems like a week ago or so.. Pretty impossible to be a mg or a sniper on the ville V anymore...

hunter, most of us know (at least myself) who u are, i know you've been playing on the ville for quite awhile now. i honestly dont think they <whatever admin was on at the time> would have kicked u in such a way...we have great admins on our 1.6 servers, they never abuse their priveleges...and only use their powers for good .

sorry that that happened to u...i randomly get kicked from both of our 1.6 servers all the time...it pisses me off constantly...but i still come back ...i hope this situation doesnt hinder u from coming on to the ville servers..especially becuase you've been a committed regular for so long .

Actually it was an automatic warning. There was no admin. And the random kicking is usually caused by a server error.
