wont let me add avatar for some reason, but i made both, could tell you how, but you would have to know how to use photoshop image ready pretty well

It probably won't let you use the avatar because it may be oversized. And how did you get the flag animation, did you use a 3d program or something like that.

the avatar filesize is not too big it is alot smaller then most of the peoples here.... its only 12.26 kb

and no thats just ingame, use a program like fraps to record it while in dod:s then get the frames you need from it in image ready..

Your avatar icon is too big by pixel size, not file size...

Try resizing it to 80x80 or 90x90.

Here's something I did for us Canadians. As I don't have source, I did my flag in 3D =). Quality is not so good because I wanted to keep filesize done.

Looks good. Did you put the URL where it says "Link to off-site Avatar"? You can't upload anything larger than 80x80 and 6kb, but you can link larger files off-site.
