I have compiled a zip file of the custom maps that can possibly be played on TV1. The current map rotation has not changed. The file is approximately 149 MB.

Unzip 'em into C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\EMAIL\day of defeat source\dod\maps
that's it!
