Well, I've tried a few out there. None of them work for me. I drink a pot of coffee a day. Some of those 'energy drinks' cause heart problems for me, i have a minor heart problem. I almost passed out once while drinking Red Bull too fast.
I find that the only thing that really gives me energy is a good helping of filtered water _________________

haha...if your health concious I wouldn't take them..Just eat a couple of bananas..They act as a slow release, full of natural energies, and sugars. There's a couple different fruits and foods that will do the job...just pm me if you wanna know more..It's one of the things I do for my training

hehe, thats my way of thinking! Since i quit smoking, and for the past six months, i've been eating ALOT more fruits and veggies. I've noticed an extreme increase in energy, the only bad thing is, I"m constantly hungry oh yeah and Ganja, I'm down to 185 lbs now and a 32" waist. I'm going to start training for a mountain bike expedition here pretty soon. I'm pretty excited.
well sorry for getting off topic, i just enjoy my energy boost from natural methods :p its all Ganja's fault _________________

I drink the various kinds of Monster energy drinks, although they don't seem to give me energy, I still like the taste. |

I used to drink coffee in the mornings. But now I drink Von Dutch, Rockstar, or Red Bull. They definitly get me goin', with out all the hassel of cream/sugar. I can't stand all the other brands though...wayyyy too sweet for me. _________________ =(M)-(M)= Mal n the m00bs - TVC 06 finalists

I too drink Vault from time to time. I too noticed the vault/surge relation. Oh how I miss surge... _________________

Blehk, energy drinks. Waste of money IMO. They're terrible for you. They consist of a bunch of easily metabolized carbs to give you a quick boost. If you don't burn them all however, they build up in your system as fats and the like. Nothing but concentrated soda really. Bunch of people at my school drink them, and I don't know why. They don't even need an energy boost, they just... drink them.
Stick with natural, slow release carbs for energy throughout the day (healthier), and drink energy stuff when you actually plan on burning it, such as in a sporting event (even then, there are healthier things to choose from).
Or you could just stay away from them altogether (hooray for me). _________________
