I just had a thought...

Since the hot topic right now is stats, why not just take out the ranks and skill things and maybe even ratio and leave everything else in? That way people wont be able to try to cheap their way to the front and not do any teamwork because there's nothing to compete for and the stats wont discourage teamwork either.
