How long have u played DOD for?

I myself started at, if u remember Tofurkey Man's house wen we came across a game that our other friends talked about so we tried it and loved it and i have played it steadily for 4 yrs and its still amazing and never gets boring unless theres only bots in the server??

Thanx DOD been a big help through everything!

I played it a little bit a few years back, but was hooked on TFC so I never gained interest in it. Well around this time last year I was bored one day and figure I'd give it a try once again. And here I am.

i started playing on blessed hellrides pc about a year and a half ago, found the ville on his pc, been playin on my own pc for about 6 months. man it seems like i been playin alot longer!

as far as dod goes i played for about a month about 3 years ago when theville got some dod servers back. i tihnk there were some here in beta or whatever and then it went to a variety of tfc servers and all those other mods. ns ET TS and so on. then after a month or two i got sick of it not being tfc and went back to playing tfc. then i sorta stopped playing a lot of stuff ( i completely blam diabloII lod and madden for this problem) then back in march or so i reformatted my computer and installed steam again and have been playing dod since then. so all together i've been dod'ing it up for 9 months total?

played since back in 2002. went crazy with it for about a week then went back to CS. i play CS regularly and have just started recently to hop on DoD from time to time, depending on the map. my playstyle is more CS oriented but i do like to snipe on DoD.

well i remember playin cs for about a month last year and then it got boring i needed some more realistic first person shooter games so i tried COD and the specialists but they did cut it, I needed DOD so i have jsut been playin that since and it is amazing still!!!!!

yeah, i think ive been here longer than 95% of the people that still play. ive been playing since it was released then joined the ville back in 2002 before they even had a dod server. man, kinda makes me feel old.

Started in March 2003. I remember the first time was on one of TheVille server on Flash and I was a Allied and I was really a easy target at that time... thank god, things as change!

Played TFC for over a year. Was even admin on a TFC server with a guild named The Group. I was LJ[TG] back then. After we got a CS server I started playing that. When dod and firearms were in early beta we had servers for those as well.

Played dod back when there were only a few released maps like caen, hill and omaha. Was another map but I can't remember the name. Axis had documents that the allies had to retrieve in a church.

Back then the sniper weapons didn't have the motion they have now. Was no machine guns that you had to deploy. Caen had tanks you had to destroy and also had a ton of small spots a sniper could exploit. Oh and if you got shot you often started bleeding and you had to hold a button to bandage yourself for a few seconds. Glad they removed that

You also didn't lose control of your weapon for a few seconds when proning. So, you had a lot of people that would instantly prone and shoot the moment they saw anyone.

I started playing daoc (dark age of camelot) when that was released and stopped playing any fps games. I was actually good at fps games back then and had pretty good reflexes and a good aim. 4 years of playing daoc ruined that haha
