Delete the double topic by going into the one without replies, top right of the thread will be an X, clicky.
And this one is up to you... but you CAN edit this one to take out the content by clicking in same area, but choose the Edit button instead, since you can't delete it since there are replies, could edit it with stuff from that link, replace the text.
