After spending about 2 hours total making these files and editing the site and other material to match them I've finally released them. For those who have my DOD Skin you may download these patches to alter the image of the main steam menu.
Visit the website for the skin to check them out - they include:
US infantry
British infantry
Axis infantry
Fallschirmjager
US paratrooper
and the original version if you need to re-download it.
