Since none of us sci fi nerds have star trek anymore...
Just make sure you see the movie in a THX theater system.

I have heard a lot of people say things like this, but I strongly disagree... the animation in the first 3 movies are incredible compared to 4,5,6. I think they are great movies for that fact alone...
Star Wars (all of them) seem to be a lot like Lord of the Rings to a lot of people, either you like them, or you don't.
I personally like all of them, LOTR and SW.
The special effects now-a-days just boggles my mind. 
(+ the new star wars have Sam Jackson in it. Sam Jackson is the man, lol)
