There are lots of links on how its done out there Jfet, I will post one again once I find it.

Someone hacked the PSP and used it to become a media control centre, I will post that too.

I think Mike should have been visiting the Ville home page when he posted that picture

lol i was browsing the forums on it last night. it requires the game wipeout pure because you can exploit the download feature on it.

http://www.psp-hacks.com/surf-web-psp.php

you can also go on aim and msn, but im not shure if i trust putting my passes thru that dns server yet.

Cool. Only two questions.

How do you type on it?
How long is the battery life?

for 1. you select buttons and text boxes and scroll with the arrow pad. u press x to select or type and the typing is like a phone's key pad. the left tirgger is back and right trigger is foward. if i remember correctly, square is refresh. if you press start, you can select go to homepage, which contains a bunch of usefull im and search engine links along with the bar you enter the url into.

for 2. i haven't had the battery run out on me yet becuase i got it yesterday and ive been playing it at home with it pluged in. the manual says 3-6 hours ingame and 3-5 watching video. hardware intensive games like gt4(when it comes out) will temporarily unlock the underclocked cpu and will drain the battery more then other games.

heres a battery journal

heres an atricle saying that sony will make better batteries

heres an external one

heres the pelikin vestion of normal one, but it includes the charger.
