Again, I was teasing about voting more than once. Hence the "if you insist" because you told me to try again. I was being good. I was being honorable.
I think last month I voted at the beginning - but wasn't sure whether i did or not, so I tried again and it let me. so I don't know if it was because of my ip change or what not, but it wasn't on purpose. Now I vote on a set day, so I dont' do it many times. (Yes I am a dork and have it in my calendar next to my homework due dates)
