Ethics Review

I have a question on playing by what is considered ehical playing. I was playing on The Hood Sat. night and playing with some fine PWGers. One in particular was ParaTroopa. I know that when I am typing and somebody comes along and kills me it ticks me off. But I shrug it off knowing that I should just stop typing snd start playing. Well ParaTroopa was not complaining, but a couple of times I killed him while he was typing. Granted it was obvious to me that he was typing or sleeping. He would type "Typing" after killing him, I guess implying that I should not kill him while he is typing.

Is this consider rude or sub-Llama. Just curious.

I think it's nothing to worry about it happens all the time you get killed and you kill while typing there's not much u can do about it apart from type in safe places .i.e. respawn

i think if you get killed while typing then its your own fault for leaving yourself in a place where you can get killed. just go to safe place and then type.

Ive heard it before so:

If he thinks that you should wait until he stops typing before killing him thats crazy.Could he have been implying aslo that maybe it was an easy kill for you because he was typing?

If you get killed during the game while typing.... shit happens. If you get killed again your a dumbass and worthy of a free frag. If you whine about it, you need to get a clue.

~~~~ it's Trigger. Finally I get to use the forums!!! Never did I take into consideration to use this stuff. I just wanted to say hello to everyone that know or do not know of me. This is my first post so bare with me. But really I believe that being killed while typing is ur own fault. Type at a place where it is safe, it happens to everyone so move on and frag them back! That's what I do =)

A kill is a kill...there is no pause in the game...if you want to type you are taking a chance...you can minimize your risk by picking a safer spot...

My guideline has always been simple. No typing in a combat zone. If you do stop to type its at your own risk.

Frag the typers, that way they will learn to type faster

Hey Trigger, AKA Swift, right? Good to finally hear from you! I can 'bare'

with your poor spelling, it's way better than some people in these forums. I roasted Eagle Eyes to death last week while he was typing. After he whined, I replied with a simple "Wah" or "Boo-hoo" or something like that. That helped him realize his whining was lame, so he changed his attitude. He said, "Fine, now I'm going to kill you". Excellent, that what this game is all about!

A PWG'r whining! I thought I would never hear that. As any good war reporter knows, death happens. If you believe the standard military survival times, Machine gunner than radio operator are the first two killed. Been along time maybe different now.

Haha, I remember that Hired Goon. Yes he is right I did say I was typing. But I soon realized that I was the retard who stopped to type in the middle of battle.

My spelling, what's wrong with my spelling, LOL. Hired Goon your pretty funny. Although people kill me all the time and I'm not complaining. I play with a state of mind to "kill or be killed." I really don't care if I die!!! As long as I have fun playing with all of you, especially with TVB I'm content. And when you see SWIFT, tell her I said "WAZZA" from her baby brother. It seems everyone agrees on this topic that if you type it's at your own risk. Getting upset because you're killed while typing is just dumb. Things happen. If it was real war you wouldn't just stop to write a letter or something cause you only have one life. You get second chances here so if you die make the most of it and get some payback. And like you Trigger I just started really using the forums even though I've been playing on the ville for about half a year now (I know that's not long to many of you veterans here). Well anyway hello to everyone.
