Logon password recovery

Ok, so my cousin forgot her windowsxp logon password. How can she get it back?

Tell him to start up in safe mode and log on as a Admin. He will then be able to change his password.

If that doesn't work, you'll need a program such as ERD Commander to be able to get in and reset the password.
