how do you bind messages to say to everybody, like a lot of people bind GG and than hit it 10 times after the game. how do you do that?
what are other useful or cool binds?

In your console, type
[: bind x "say gg all" ]
Where 'x' is the key you are binding, and quotes around the say part. It also works for team chat too, the only difference is you type 'say_team' instead. Then you can hit the key several times, but I don't recommend spamming. An example of another type of say command I have is
bind o "say_team np"
because I'm a medic most of the time, and people say thank you, and I use the abbreviated form of "No Problem", as it's my job to keep them healthy, and so I can let them know I saw them thank me. Just sort of a manners thing for me.

I binded most of the stuff to the fkeys. They help so you don't have to stop and type something out in the middle of battle. If someone says or does something funny I quickly hit F12 to say lol and keep playing. I also have bind for sg down, spam, ouch, boohoo, teams, hello, etc. GG doesn't really need a bind because you have time to type after the game ends.
