50 Most Important Games Ever Made
Interesting article, click on the titles to see why they made the list according to them. #42 Think should be higher, but hey, it made the list #50

looking at the list... is it in chronological order? looking like it is... yup. (has a few that looked to have jumped up a few spots... oh well)

when looking through them, make sure you remember that it is the most *important* not favorite

No I totally disagree. Period. That's a stupid list. I mean seriously how is a Star Wars GAME important. It sucked even. ET was put on there as a joke. Everybody knows that that was the most retarded game ever made. Sonic the Hedgehog, nothing important about it except its graphics. I don't think FFVII has influenced gaming at all. Grand Theft Auto has only degraded gaming thus. And I think most of us know my feelings about Halo #Fist

hm, did you click on the titles to see why it is important? some are on there because of cell shading - new concept which then went on to improve gaming over all, while the game itself might have been only mediocre

I think the Source engine itself deserves its own list... or a nice round of applause.

I see where they are coming from but parappa the rapper (allthough the first of its kind) was just a terrible game......although it may have spawned such physically reactive games such as the all powerful DDR
