The amount of people allowed has been lowered to hopefully reduce lag spikes.

Lunt, as always is humble.
I like smaller games a lot. 13 on 13 seems like too much on a server sometimes. 10 on 10 is ideal for me. |

| I just played TV1 on donner for about 25 minutes and there was one big lag spike for about 4 seconds where everyone went up to around the 900-1200's. It was around 2:30pm cst when I played, give or take 15 minutes. |
