its a community where people post online journals, pictures, and other stuff about them. you have a friends list and can join groups of people with similar interests. its really big with teenagers, i swear every kid i know is on the damn thing.

Times sure do change. Back in my day we didn't have IM or chatrooms/web places to hang out. We hung out in person at the mall or BK or something.

i use it mostly for people i met while i was on tour during the summer. but all of a sudden ever person i know seems to be on there.

If I am not mistaken your day was around my day too, which wan't to far back. It was before the internet, or atleast before it had IM and chatrooms.
We hung out at the basketball courts in the subdivision only to get schooled by the older guys. Those were the days.

I just recently found this site out about 2 weeks ago and am currently in the process of setting up one just for kicks and giggles. So keep in mind mine is under construction but here it is...

it does actually take sometime to make one cool, cause if you want a background or special colors/fonts etc, you have to do it in HTML
