I disabled the smoke on rockets (and debris from grenades) when I was having some vid card driver issues, but think those are cleared up. Any chance someone can tell me how to re-enable it so I don't feel like a cheap-@$$ hacker anymore? It took awhile, and I forgot what exactly the cmd was. _________________ -EvilGenius V$^PK

I've never tweaked or changed settings on my game at all. Always too afraid I'd mess things up. Is getting rid of the smoke really considered a hack? Sniping so much, it would be nice to get rid of the smoke..... but is it considered an unfair advantage or a hack?!?!? _________________ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ |

I don't think it really matters on a pub as long as you are not running any cheat addons or anything. Anyone can change their settings if they want so it isn't too unfair... Maybe in a league it would be considered a cheat, though. _________________

Particlefx 0 isn't remotely illegal, 99.9% of players in leagues have it on regardless if they need FPS or not. It's just a nasty distraction - everything from muzzle flashes to grenade debris. |

When I had particle effects on default anytime a bazooka was fired i'd get about 5 fps. |
