Almost everybody has seen it..... on the neo servers sometimes everybody is invisible (sentence contradicts itself) well anyway here are a couple of things that work for me.

1.)go soldier and fire a remote, (type _special2 in the console) like magic everything is OK, change to the class you want now.

2.)quit and restart HL (last resort, only works some of the time)

Nope, I have never seen that person at the ville and I hope to never see them.
