Just let everyone know that this is a live draft. If you can't make the draft. Go ahead and order the players you want in order. The autodraft will then pick your team accordingly.

We have 16 teams now...did anyone else want in that wanted in?

Most I've ever been in a league with was 12. This 16 is going to make drafting rather interesting after round 4.
