I need a tutorial on how to make banners. like how to get the player out of the bmp with out doing manual cutting (something like that) anyone know a a site like that??

Check psp website bubba or try google.com both great sites to find grafix editing tools an tips.I make banners in psp but straight from scratch,Maybe ill post a couple i made for theville section on my page.

If it's just the player or other objects from the game you want download this viewer http://www.swissquake.ch/chumbalum-soft/ and point it to C:SIERRAHalf-Lifetfcmodels

PSP (aka Paint Shop Pro) is a great beginners graphic program with allot of community support get your copy here http://www.jasc.com/

alittle considering i stumbled on to the swiss quake b4 u gave me link i have psp 7 but u know when u take an awsome screenshot .. well how do u just get the player out and not the background ex. the forts and the flag or whatever u dont wna tin pic...?!

The "Magic Wand" in PSP is the most usefull tool for doing this, it has many different features so play with it..... learn that one tool and you will go far in what you are trying to do. But to be really truthfull.... when I'm trying to isolate and object in an image I use PhotoShop and some killer plug-ins that make it childs play... very expensive though.
