Just what EXACTLY does the realism pack do?
And I got another question:
How do I change it so I see all new models? Currently I see the new model for the HWGUY, but not for the medic or the pyro, etc.

The majority of what the realism pack does is change a load of sounds, rockets, explosions etc.
It also changes the icons that appear in the top right of your screen when someone kills someone (e.g. person1 knifes person2)
Pretty much that's it as far as I remember (from my pre-pack days)
As for the models, I *think* I read somewhere that it was possible to view old and new models by changing some filenames around, so that may have happened to you.
Other than that, I don't see any reason why that should happen.
