Its most likely a glitch kill, last night on badlands i was a HW and krg was a spy and someone on his team was a engie. I remember shooting the tele a couple different times. I think krg was going through the tele right as i shot the exit of the tele. its either a glitch kill of a really percise kill like i said to you earlier.

If you destroy the exit or entrance while someone is teleporting, it will kill them. I happened to me a few times and it showed the person getting the kill.
