The only thing I noticed on TV4 these days is this free slot. Problem with that is since server is full at 26, but one slot is left open, thus 26/27, Steam cannot use the auto-join feature. I get kicked every time

Get ASE and after it says server is full click on "force connect" it may allow you in then.

Or you can just use the console...
