Can we please put a complaints link on the bar at the top of the site just to avoid the threads that get locked in 2 posts or at least somewhere more easily noticed than under misc.

I think this has been mentioned before. Maybe there should be a login screen for it on the front page in it's own block.

Most complaints I have seen are for DOD. I made a sticky thread titled "Complaint Department". If they can't figure that out then how are they gonna figure out something on the front page

That's a good point. I think there are enough links to it all over. If they aren't going to look first, then they wont look on the front page either.
