TV2 - NS 3.0 beta server back

TheVille.Org II has been resurrected as a NS server! Make sure you add it to your favorites and stop by. It's running all combat maps right now except for ns_hera which is loaded after a crash. Unfortunately they're still working the kinks out of the beta, so it will crash occasionally. I've found that if you hang out for 5 minutes or so when the server is empty, someone will stop by and then more people will join in.

Thanks WAR its great server with quite a few people on it so far. As usual I am pinging great! WEWT!!!!! NS combat is definitely alot better in a pub situation. Its less team oriented, making it less frustrating... there is no comm to depend on, just yourself... try it out if you can get on teh server... its been full for a few hours this evening already.

Combat Mode is sweet. You just run around and kill eachother and get upgrades according to how many kills you get. Marines upgrade the same way with no commander and no structures. So you can pick what marine equipment and upgrades YOU want to fight with.

And Aliens can evolve any way, and have all the upgrades available at level 3. A level 10 skulk can kill marines almost as well as an onos, and is faster and can run on walls. But a level 10 onos is super powerful.

Just as a level 10 marine would be ultra powerful depending on what upgrades you get. It's a fun change of pace some times from the regular stuff..

By the way. They released beta2, so the server needs to be upgraded as well.

Alright folks, Flayra said he waited until I went out of the state to upgrade just so TV2 would be the last one updated. It's up to 3.0b2 now.
