Search engine submissal

Ok, as part of my webhosting deal I recieve free searchengine submissal. However, I dont want to mess anything up so, whats the best way to go about this. The fields are below but I dont know what to put to make the best results.

URL: Put your site's URL
Email: Put your email
Comments: What do you want to display under the link (What your site is for)
Keywords: List all the keywords you can think of that relate to anything in your site. Don't put stuff that doesn't because people don't like that. Also, try not to have a whole lot because some sites don't like that. For example: car, cars, game, games, theville, the ville, potato, potatoes, tater, taters.....
Language: Put the site's lanuage
Country: What country are you in
Category: The type of site your's is

Yes it certainly does. I just need to figure out now if I can submit more than one site - that way I can keep everything seperate like the main one (www.orcish-design.net) and the smaller ones like www.rockhab.orcish-design.net/ and so forth.

I don't think I submitted at all. I just do all the metatags and the engine crawlers do it for me.
