Spray Logos on TheVille

I downloaded that Custom Strike software and did everything it said to the letter. I even checked the files it was supposed to deposit my custom spary logo, and the .wad file is there. When I log on and try to spray in a game, it goes to the default logo!

This program is imposible! Is there an easier one with better instructions?????

Or does anyone have any input to my problem??

Did you place the wad in the correct folder?

the way it used to be before ( i dont' knwo if stema is the same way or not) but if you looka t the screen in game to edit ro change the logo then it will reset to the default one

If your talking about a true color (or whatever you used) image spray - not the basic sprays you can use but an actual image that you may have made with photoshop, etc - and your recieving the normal HL circle with the Half-Life symbol in the center logo then it could be because you have to wait for the spray to be transfered to the server. This may take a few minutes to do so, however, once it has been done you should be able to spray your logo in game.

I definately did NOT go back into the 'customize' section. They made that very clear.

Also, the logo is not the HL one, it is the skull. Does that make a difference?

Also, I will wait a few minutes next time I play. I just thought it was instantanious.

is it called PLDECAL.wad
and does the server allow uploads because if the server turned off uplaods then u c the a normal hl spray

im shure customstrike has a FAQ wich might have your question

I dont really know if it makes a difference with the old WON system it did, prehaps with the new system its the skull though I dont know. You may not have made it right or prehaps the instructions for installing the spray are wrong - I dont know since I havent done a cusomt spray for Steam.

Thanks for the help guys. I have been playing twice and gave it plenty of time to load and forgot to spray because I was too busy spraying something else!

Giz, that album changed my entire taste for music. It holds a high place for me. Others fraom that era are M.O.D., Sacred Reich, Nuclear Assault, Death Angel....damn the list goes on! Good sh!t!

Now it has evolved into Shadows Fall, Hatebreed, In Flames, Kilswitch Engage, and Lamb of God.

Giz, I am old school! I cut my teeth on that type of music during that era. I have a pile of great thrash from the 80's. And a pile of great new stuff too, as you can see by my tastes.
