seriously, all we do is situps, then we do flutter kicks (lay on back, kick, easy), then hello dollies (lay on back open and close legs while holding them 9 inches from ground), V-ups (self explanatory), and other various crunch type exercises.

Hello Dollies???? what are those... we called them leg lifts back when.

Do you still do mountain climbers? is that the V-ups?

I think it's a situp while lifting the legs.

no, the hello dollies are done like flutter kicks, except you open and close your legs horizontally. Yeah, we still do mountain climbers, as well as all the old standbys. like sun gods, push ups, steam engines, and don't forget everyone's favorite, monkey f*&#ers. Oh yes, we have all the good ones.

I don't know how serious you are about working out, but check out this site http://www.hypertrophy-specific.com/hst_index.html (click on the HSN tab link at the end of the tab menu. That'll guide your through everything.

I just started the program it describes. I've been doing a body builder routine for a while and had to stop because it was killing my shoulders. This one looks good though.

many moons ago when i used to play lacrosse wed do this thing where half the team would lie down on thier back and hold their legs off the ground a few inches, and the other half would sprint around the gym/field whatever and then switch off after a lap... its torture, you could do somehting like that just hold until you shake, then cry and keep holding it... should get those washboard abs in no time
