I got DSL yesterday and it's great. I just played DoD for a while and I can play much smoother and it is more fun. Instead of ~400 latency, I get ~100 latency. 
Cya 56k and all it's lag!

Yeah, I have been playing at school now and the connection is great. about 30 ping to TV6. Unfortunately, I have to go back to 56k in december for winter break and then in March for spring break, and then summer break too.

i went from liek a 400 a few years ago to about a 40 last school year to liek a 60 this summer and now i can paly anywhere from 20-350... in jsut that long too. man i gotta fix some stuff

Lol I dont know about your area but the DSL in my area sucks major @$$! It takes like 5 mint o connect  and like 5 min to load the fricken homepage!... Stupid bell sympatico.

ever since i got cable i've been happy. there is no way that i can ever go back to dial up. and this college connection is even better than my cable
