why?

why does my computer think that the TV servers are LAN games? everytime i try to connect it gives me the message saying that LAN games are restricted to loval clients only or whatever it says.

please help i miss playing on the ville.

bah no one told me *grumble grumble* guess ill have to download steam now....

nut now that we're on the subject: what steam should i get? the full cache or just one or two. i play TFC and DOD and im not sure what i should be downloading.

The one you want is the full install which is around 700 and something MB. You can choose on what you want installed when you install it.

Turbo has a point. Why hasn't the conversion been in the news section? We should also have a Forum dedicated to STEAM questions. One thing that you don't want to do when installing STEAM is choose the SAVE DISK SPACE option. Because you cannot start the game the old fashioned way anymore and if you go to LAN parties you will be screwed because STEAM must have a Internet Connection to run.
