That's incredibly stupid. We DO pay for email in a way. Our internet access, be it cable, dsl, or 56k, is paid for by us. Without it, we don't have access to email.
If the term "mail" in e-mail means that we are stealing money from the post office, we should just rename the term Call it e-message, or something. A message can be delivered via phone, mail, person to person communication, or through body language.
"Any business/government agency who has lost money because of services now provided freely by the Internet may sue to regain those funds, so long as their company/agency's name is a four-letter acronym"
Nice law Pretty soon stores will begin to change their names to four letter acronyms and begin suing us for using ebay. _________________
