If your wondering as I was how to download custom maps into steam go to the web site http://alliedarmy.com/ click on the left side of screen where it says downloads and simply follow the download instructions. The maps are self installed and its easy.
This is a quote from the Allied Army with instructions:

| Dont custom maps already in your WON installation get carried over into your steam install when it converts? |
