Does anyone need help/FAQ about steam

Hi my name is {Z3r0}-NoViCe, i used to play here often a long time ago. I was known as -]nsk[-NoViCe. Some of you might remember me but most of you dont. Anyways i have been playing tfc my whole life and nothing much has chenged. I have been here for as long as i remmeber but this is the 1st time i write a forum. You see with out you guys i would of never known about steam, you had a post up and i got it on september 16 02 not from here but i looked hard and i found it thanks to you guys. Than i began to slip away from 1.5 forever and soon erased it wich was a bad mistake, i then lost my cd key. So i have been playing steam for 10 months as of today. Since this new update all these peopel are cmoming in bitching and moaning about THIS SUCKS STEAM SUCKS, they act like its new and they are pissing me of. To prevent this i ask you to email me any problems you have with steam and through my experience dealing with it i bet i can help almoast all of you out. Thank you for your time.z3r0_novice@msn.com

The problem is that the network is all tied up and it acts really slow and locks up. Maybe when everything dies down a little, Steam will start working and people will see an actual overall improvment.
