I upgraded today and afterwards I was minus a server list and thought that steam was down ? It's not! I had suffered yet another bug that steamed me up. If you have this problem-
1)Close Steam
2)Go to C:\Program Files\Steam\config and delete two files
Masterservers.vdf and Serverbrowser.vdf
3)Open Steam and hit refresh once and let it complete it's update.
4)Close Steam
It's fixed
