I was at a LAN Party last night and I was hosting a game of DOD. I cannot get my console to work. It wors fine in HL bit I got zip in DOD. Can someone please help me with this. I could also use some tip on helpful DOD cammands for changing maps, kicking, anf other useful commands at LAN parties.

ok im sure u have a shortcut on your desktop, i dont know if you have this but right click, hit properties, and at the end of the target add -console so it looks like this.
C:\Sierra\Counter-Strike\cstrike.exe -console
obviously your target will be different but u just need the -console. hope that helps

About the commands, I found that whenever I tried to switch maps, everyone would get kicked. Are you running a dedicated server?

you were probably doing map mapname. You need to do it changelevel mapname. |

Yeah I guess that was my problem.  It doesn't really matter now bacause I have my old computer set up with adminmod and stuff.
