Removed the Para Gear on all maps. It was causing some graphical issues with some players and maps. Maps that are made for paratroopers will only show the different models and weapons now.
We will still enable Para Gear on occasion but maybe use it for a special Paratrooper night.
Changed the deathcam fix that made it similar to v3.1 back to fade to black setting.

| AHA! when i played on that server it was like a mouse was nibbling on my wires, i was getting odd lag. |

Sorry to say that, but that BSOD (black screen of death, or boring screen of death) is the only reason I will choose the other servers over TV4. Apart from the boredom induced by that black screen, I noticed I'm a lot more paranoid of cheaters when I don't know where the shot came from, of if I don't know if at least I hit the guys in front of me.
However, I know some people prefer to play with BSOD, so I guess it's a good thing that at least one TV server has this feature

Fzz! I loved the para gear.
I don't like the BSOD, but I'll take it any day over the default death cam.
