dod_flash help

ok i loaded up dod today and played azino on tv1 with some peeps for like 10 min then dod_flash came on and well my hl crashed it said hl.exe was creating errors so is their a way to fix this or should i just stay away from this map? (this is only map sofar i have found that dont work)

i have no idea how to fix it. try restarting your cpu cause sometimes i get that error but for me its not map specific.

Happens to me on occasion as well. I have to use stopsound everymap to keep from freezing up. Also if you spec in caen (as ghost) and your camera leaves the map you tend to crash.

We have had many threads on this issue. Its a bug in the map flash on any server. It can't really be fixed until hopefully the next version of DoD. Its very random. Some days you will get the error and other days you wont.

Mainly everyone will have the problem at some point.

Check out the suggestions here and in other threads in the forum for some tips on how to get around the issue.
