I am kind of confused myself to be honest. I've seen enough breasts in my 37yrs to feed the entire homeless community and their has not been a single pair fake or not that came in adjustable sizes like that

My thought is that in each of those pictures that were taken of Britney, she either wore a boostia bra that made her look bigger or she wore fakes to make them appear bigger. I'd have to see them for myself to be sure!
