We tend to frown upon suck blanant use of caps here, it annoys the admins, and that doesn't help your case much.

But on a serious note, the admins dont need your IP address to ban you, so don't think they tricked you into anything. If you want to be unbanned leave a nice, succinct message here explained when you were banned, for what, and by whom. Then they will consider your case. The fact that you took the time to vist the web-site and ask to be allowed back usually results in good things happening.
