I have become addicted to mods. There are a few good ones and some lames out there. I can't wait for the Gettysburg mod to come out it looks amazing. I have been playing the Day of Defeat mod lately and thought it seemed to hard and strange at first, but I have grown to like it. In terms of "team play" and skill it far outways TFC. It's not as fast paced as TFC but then that fast paced not stop action gets old after a while. Sometimes you need a break.
The Day of Defeat mod is so realistic! Sometimes it will blow you away how real it is. Now Vampire Slayer is a great idea but as far as mods go, it sucks pretty bad. The levels are really well done but the characters and in game play leave something to be desired. There are so many mods out there, you must check out at least one! But if you do, check out Day of Defeat! WOW!

Really, I'll check that one out Roof, thx. Mods are different and stranger than what most are used to. However, remember ya'll, (newbs, noobs, Llamas, AOL Users) TFC is a modification itself. Different mods add to the overall feel appeal of shoot 'em up games like Half-Life. Jeezus that sounded like a commercial. . . . . .Hmmm. . . . .calling Valve . . . . . .
