Why woudn't he want to be arrested? He's not gonna stand trial for war crimes and he probably is aware of the popularity he's having. I can see him now getting interviewed by Barbara Walters. If I was him I'd ask to be removed out of Iraq "fearing for his life", come to America, get interviewed on why he was forced to do what he did, and then write a tell all book for a few bucks. He's not dumb. Getting arrested will get him pub.
